Job Description Reports to the IT Manager Provides 1st line support for Employees. Support & Train network users about how to solve existing system problems. Administration and maintenance of computer stations and software Ensures the availability & smooth running of the companyís servers, LAN/WAN, & all company owned IT assets, including desktops, laptops, printers & network photocopiers. Installation of new equipment (desktops, laptops and servers), printers and peripheral equipment according to established standards and procedures. Support high availability systems, including daily & weekly backups/recovery, etc. Troubleshooting/support of internet and network connections at company head office, print house & other offices. Provides technical support by phone, remote screen sharing, and in person when required, to maximize first-call solve rates for users. Responsible for setup, configuration, testing, upgrades and deployment of desktop/notebook computers in the company. Assist the computer users in dealing with userís problems and provide proactive support to users and assist in developing their computer skills. Installs, modifies, and makes minor repairs to personal computer hardware and software systems, and provides technical assistance and training to system users Responsible for supporting network and local printers including troubleshooting
Offered Salary A monthly gross salary from 3500LE to 5000LE

Computer Skills .V. Good experience in Hardware, software maintenance and troubleshooting Technical accreditations e.g. MCSE, MCSA, networking, etc. High proficiency in installation/administration of Microsoft technologies: Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, ISA, SQL Server, MS Office
