Job Description Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures such as bookkeeping, information management, filing systems, requisition, and other clerical services. Maximizes office productivity through proficient use of appropriate software applications. Researches and develops resources that create timely and efficient workflow. Establishes uniform correspondence procedures and style practices. Plans office layout Prepares activities reports for guidance of management. Coordinates activities of various clerical departments or workers within department. Manages supervisor's calendar and independently schedules appointments. Prepares activities reports for guidance of management Screens incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently when possible. Good time management.. Arranges programs, events, or conferences by arranging for facilities and caterer, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers. Directs preparation of records such as agenda, notices, minutes, and resolutions for corporate meetings (Taking minutes for every meeting) Monitors and directs recording of company stock issues and transfers. Acts as custodian of corporate documents and records. Takes and transcribes dictation, and composes and prepares confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents. Creates and maintains database and spreadsheet files (fluency in computer skills). Arranges complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, compiles documents for travel-related meetings, and accompanies supervisor when requested. Timelines as per the organization policies (attendance) Make deadline for each task required Act in a professional attitude excluding all private or personal matters and opinion. Researches and develops resources that create timely and efficient workflow.
