Job Description 1. Receive, Filter and Distribute phone calls (Daily) 2. Receive, Filter and Distribute Faxes and Mail. 3. Type letters and faxes as requested. 4. Scan documents for all employees. 5. Prepare & Assist in Presentations 6. Facilitation in issuing visa's for VT staff and visitors 7. Negotiate cooperate rates with hotels 8. Arrange booking of tickets (arrange itinerary negotiate prices) 9. Coordinate the regular office maintenance. 10. Ensure that the office premises is clean and presentable at all times 11. Coordinate the maintenance of office equipment. 12. Arrange for the procurement of office supplies and equipment. 13. Responsible for updating assigned reports. 14. Responsible for data entry attendance (Time Sheet).
Offered Salary A monthly salary range of 1500 LE
