Ensure adherence to office administration procedures.
Coordinate and perform a range of staff as operational support activities for the office, Serve as a liaison with other departments and operating units of day-to day administrative and operational problems.
Keep and update staff job description as various departments/projects heads requirements upon demand.
Oversee Egypt Labor Requirements and Employment Regulations.
Maintain documents of employee information, leaves, educational certificates etc...
Responsible for the maintenance, security & general upkeep of the Cairo office.
Co-ordinate with office owner for office lease, car parking & other general building matters.
Responsible for ensuring full evacuation of office in case of emergency.
Responsible for coordinating office layout and purchase of new furniture, stationary & other office equipments and requirements.
Update and maintain employee payroll records in coordination with the Accounting Department.
Arrange for staff travel schedule & making the needed reservations.
Conduct general orientation programs for new employees.
Ensure renewals of all personnel official documents and permits.
Provide staff training programs upon demand.
Follow up with different related governmental agencies.
Negotiating company contracts with different providers, e.g. hotels, maintenance establishments, insurance policies, printing press, telecommunication
Assure all new staff joining requirements are ready prior to joining date, i.e. computers, email address, communication tools
etc in coordination with internal and external parties.
Maintaining work and documents with confidentiality and secrecy.
